Kuya Wayne's grew around a simple idea: make the foods people miss easier to find, then keep listening to what the community needs next.
That means mangoes, specialty produce, fresh seafood, less common meat cuts, pandesal, ube Spanish bread, Goldilocks favourites, snacks, pantry staples, and practical services under the same roof.
CBC News reported in May 2015 that Kuya Wayne's had grown into the largest Filipino grocery store in Western Canada within its first year.

The familiar Kuya Wayne's sign uses red 3D-style neon lettering and a heart. This digital identity carries that same mark forward with deep navy, signage red, and mango gold.
